Corrections Policy
We can make mistakes. When we do, we want to know quickly and fix them openly. This page explains how.
How to report an error
Write to contact@almiqra.com with the page address, what looks wrong and, if you can, a link to the official source. You do not need to give any personal or financial details.
What we do
We aim to reply within 2 working days. We check the claim against the official source. If you are right, we fix the page, check related pages and tools for the same mistake, and update the last updated date.
Visible corrections
If a mistake could have affected a reader decision, for example a wrong number, rule or date, we add a short correction note on the page with the date and what changed. Small typing or spelling fixes are made without a note.
If the rules changed
Rules and rates change over time. If a page is out of date, tell us. We will update it or mark it clearly as not current until it is updated.
What this page does not cover
We cannot review your personal finances or give advice on your own case. For problems with a bank, insurer, broker or lender, please use the official grievance routes listed on our Contact page.
