Where to complain officially
First write to the company concerned. If you are not satisfied, use the official routes: for banks and lenders the RBI complaint portal and Banking Ombudsman, for securities and mutual funds SEBI SCORES, for insurance IRDAI Bima Bharosa, for cyber fraud call 1930 or use the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal, and for consumer issues the National Consumer Helpline 1915.
